Moab Dining: Favorite Moab Restaurants and Pubs
Moab offers a tasty variety of dining selections. Here are a few of my recommendations after exploring and dining in Moab for 6 weeks.
Eddie McStiff’s
Eddie McStiff’s is a favorite hangout of mine with it’s outdoor patio seating, microbrews and full bar. They offer a wide selection of delicious entrées for lunch and dinner: burgers, pizza, pasta, sandwiches, steak and more! The staff is friendly here and the atmosphere is fun and enjoyable. Try a sampler of their beers to discover your favorites!
Center & Main Street
Moab Brewery
The Moab Brewery is another favorite of mine serving a microbrewery of hand-crafted ales and outstanding pub selections for lunch and dinner. Stop in the Tavern after a day of playing in Moab for tasty appetizers, daily specials and beer.
686 South Main – South end of Town
Zax Restaurant
Zax is a good place for pizza, burgers and pasta. This a great family restaurant offering an all you can eat pizza, salad and soup buffet. They are open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. I like the bar section where adults can watch a game on TV, chill and order from the bar menu or main menu.

Slickrock Cafe
Slickrock Cafe is open for lunch and dinner featuring tasty American Cuisine and live music. I was impressed with the quality of ingredients and menu items.
5 North Main Street
Cassano’s Italian Restaurant
Located in the old Poplar Place, this Italian restaurant offers homemade sauces, pizzas and delicious Italian meals. Yum.
11 East 100 North
Pasta Jay’s
Pasta Jay’s serves your Italian and pasta favorites. It’s centrally located in town and very popular to both locals and tourists.
4 South Main Street
Sunset Grill
Overlooking Moab, the views are stunning at the Sunset Grill. This is a fine dining experience you’ll always remember.
900 North Main Street – north end of town
Jeffrey’s Steakhouse
Tucked away in a beautifully renovated historic sandstone building, this casual yet upscale restaurant serves tender and flavorful hormone free American Kobe beef and delicious appetizers and entrées. Scrumptious.
218 North 100 West – Located just slightly off Moab’s Main Street
Miguel’s Baja Grill
Authentic Mexican cuisine, excellent Fish Tacos and killer margaritas made from scratch make Miguel’s Baja Grill a popular choice located on Main Street. Oh those margaritas……
