Kids and teens can take private and group lessons. There is a day care facility also. Deer Valley provides a low student-to-instructor ratio.

Adult Ski School offers classes with a maximum of 4 students for group lessons providing the best personalized attention to improving skiing skills or sign up for a private instruction.

Explore 60 miles of scenic mountain trails on your bike. Deer Valley runs three lifts in the summer transporting you to the lush higher elevations and directly to a great mountain bike trail system. You’ll find forested intermediate trails plus more adrenaline packed advanced trails with sharp turns and wood features.

Deer Valley Resort provides bike rental shops and mountain biking clinics. After your ride, sit on the deck for lunch and drinks at the Silver Lake Lodge’s Royal Street Cafe.

Deer Valley Resort: Hiking and Exploring

The hiking scenery is spectacular at Deer Valley Resort. You can start hiking from the base of the resort or from Silver Lake Village. Take the lift up for panoramic views and more hiking. A popular hiking-only trail is the Silver Lake trail. It takes you to the top of Bald Mountain at 9400 feet.
